Four years ago when the new owners acquired this location the task was great overcoming the challenges left behind. Today, the moment you step inside our door at Sweet Water you will instantly see and feel the positive energy that flows throughout the property every day. Sweet Water is beautifully appointed with our aging population in mind. The smiles on our residents faces speak volumes. A testimony to the excellent care we provide delivered with love.

From day one, excellence in care and love for seniors is mandatory and we will accept nothing less. For this reason, our staff is hand selected by the owners, they are experienced and educated caregivers. All employees must pass a thorough background check.
Unique to Sweet Water, we offer a secured environment for our residents who have advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The activities are designed to stimulate the circulatory system. Research has shown encouraging blood flow to the brain has a profound positive affect on cognitive deficits. For those residents who have become incontinent, we offer a bowel and bladder program where they are taken to the bathroom on a regular basis to avoid urinary tract infections and breakdown of the skin sitting in soiled undergarments.
We offer nursing and licensed medicine technicians that delivers excellent continuity of care. Our medical director and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner makes regular visits to the property to address any medical needs of our residents. This unique service gives the family members of our residents peace of mind knowing that if a non- threatening issue should arise, our medical team is available to assess and provide treatment. Should the need arise, hospitals are just minutes away.
We offer Home Health for continued physical therapy and occupational therapy.
At all three of our properties, we believe in providing Aging In Place. This means, when health issues arise that need advanced medical intervention that is allowed by the State Regulations under the Assisted Living umbrella, it is very possible they do not have to leave their home at one of the Green Properties. We offer Hospice critical care and advanced end of life care. This is peace of mind for the families.
Our tasty menu of three meals per day is created by a registered dietician that satisfies the FDA guidelines for the aging population.
